DRIVEON Return Policy

At DRIVEON, we strive to provide high-quality car speaker accessories. If you receive a product that arrives with a discrepancy, please follow our standardized return procedure outlined below.

Return Window

  • You have 7 working days from the date of delivery to initiate a return request.
  • Requests made after this 7-day window will not be eligible for processing.

Mandatory Documentation

To ensure a fair inspection and prevent fraudulent claims, all return requests must be accompanied by the following:

1.      360-Degree Unboxing Video: A continuous, high-quality video showing the package from all angles before opening, and the full unboxing process. The video must be without any cuts or edits.

2.      Product Images: 4 to 5 high-resolution photos of the product from different angles.

3.      Tags Intact: Images must clearly show that all Brand Tags, Price Tags, and Warranty Tags are still attached and untampered with.

Note: Failure to provide the unboxing video or photos with intact tags will result in the rejection of the return request.

Cancellation & Shipping Policy

  • No Mid-Process Cancellations: An order cannot be cancelled once the dispatch process has been initiated.
  • Discrepancy Protocol: In case of any discrepancy, the customer can return the product only after receiving it and following the return steps mentioned above.

How to Initiate a Return

If you meet the criteria above, please contact our support team with your order ID and the required media files. Once our team verifies the tags and the unboxing video, we will guide you through the next steps of the replacement or refund.

Note: Products can only be returned in case of a manufacturing defect, damaged item received, or any verified quality issue from our side. Returns will not be accepted for reasons such as change of mind, improper handling, incorrect installation, or normal wear and tear.
