By placing an order with DRIVEON, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined below. These terms govern the safety, installation, and warranty of our specialized automotive accessories. Failure to adhere to these guidelines may void your warranty and compromise vehicle safety.

 

1. General Terms & Conditions (Applicable to All Products)

 Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern the purchase and use of products manufactured and sold by DRIVEON (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By purchasing or using any DRIVEON product, you agree to comply with these terms.

 

1.1 Product Scope

All DRIVEON products are designed and manufactured specifically for Indian car models only. Compatibility must be verified prior to purchase.

1.2 Compatibility Responsibility

Customers, dealers, and installers are responsible for confirming:

  • Car brand
  • Model
  • Variant
  • Manufacturing year

DRIVEON shall not be liable for incorrect purchases due to improper verification.

1.3 Installation Policy

  • Professional installation is strongly recommended.
  • DRIVEON is not responsible for damage caused during installation.
  • Any modification to vehicle wiring, airbags, body panels, or internal structure voids warranty.

1.4 Warranty Coverage

Warranty applies strictly to manufacturing defects only.

Warranty does NOT cover:

  • Physical damage
  • Water damage
  • Burn marks
  • Improper installation
  • Tampering or modification
  • Normal wear and tear

Valid invoice is mandatory for warranty claims.

1.5 Limitation of Liability

DRIVEON shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Loss of vehicle warranty
  • Audio performance dissatisfaction due to third-party equipment

Maximum liability is limited to product replacement or repair at company discretion.

1.6 Returns & Refunds

  • Returns accepted only for verified manufacturing defects.
  • Used or installed products are non-returnable.
  • Custom-made or made-to-order products are non-refundable.

1.7 Product Design Changes

DRIVEON reserves the right to modify design, material, or specifications without prior notice.

1.8 Intellectual Property

All designs, molds, product shapes, logos, brand names, images, and marketing materials are the exclusive intellectual property of DRIVEON. Unauthorized copying, duplication, or resale under another brand is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

1.9 Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of competent courts in India.

 

 

 

 

2. Product-Specific Terms & Conditions

2.1 Music Trays

  • Designed for secure speaker mounting only.
  • Maximum load capacity must not be exceeded.
  • Overloading voids warranty.
  • Improper installation causing vibration or structural damage is not covered.
  • Must not obstruct airbags, seatbelt mechanisms, or rear visibility.

2.2 Music Box

  • Designed for housing compatible car speakers only.
  • Audio performance depends on speaker quality and vehicle acoustics.
  • Unauthorized drilling or structural modification voids warranty.
  • DRIVEON is not responsible for damage caused by third-party amplifiers or wiring.

2.3 Speaker Rings

  • Must match specified speaker size and car model.
  • Installation with incompatible speaker size voids warranty.
  • DRIVEON is not responsible for door trim damage caused during installation.
  • Improper fitting leading to vibration is not covered.

2.4 Armrest Console

  • Designed for specific Indian car models only.
  • Not intended for use as a seat or body support.
  • Excess weight or impact damage voids warranty.
  • Electrical fittings (if applicable) must be professionally installed.

2.5 Side Panel

  • Designed for accessory or speaker mounting.
  • Structural alteration voids warranty.
  • DRIVEON not responsible for vehicle trim or clip damage during installation.

2.6 Hatchback Panel

  • Designed only for compatible hatchback models.
  • Heavy object placement exceeding load capacity voids warranty.
  • Must be securely installed to prevent driving vibration.
  • Any modification or cutting voids warranty.

 

 

 

3. Distributor & Dealer Terms and Conditions

3.1 Authorization

Distributors and dealers may sell DRIVEON products only after receiving official authorization from DRIVEON.

3.2 Brand Representation

Distributors and dealers:

  • Must not rebrand DRIVEON products.
  • Must not alter packaging, logo, or product identity.
  • Must represent product specifications accurately.

3.3 Pricing Policy

  • Dealers must adhere to company-issued pricing guidelines.
  • Unauthorized discounting that damages brand value may lead to termination of dealership.

3.4 Territory Rights

If territorial rights are granted in writing, distributors must not sell outside assigned regions without approval.

3.5 Warranty Handling

  • Dealers must inspect products before resale.
  • Warranty claims must be processed through official company procedure.
  • No dealer is authorized to offer extended or modified warranty without written approval.

3.6 Online Sales Policy

Unauthorized listing on online marketplaces without written permission from DRIVEON is prohibited.

3.7 Termination

DRIVEON reserves the right to terminate dealership or distributorship without prior notice in cases of:

  • Brand misuse
  • Intellectual property violation
  • Non-compliance with company policies
  • Misrepresentation of products

4. Force Majeure

DRIVEON shall not be held liable for delays or failure in performance due to circumstances beyond reasonable control including natural disasters, transport disruptions, government restrictions, or supply chain interruptions.
