• You have 7 working days from the date of delivery to initiate a return request.
• Requests made after this 7-day window will not be eligible for processing.

Mandatory Documentation

To ensure a fair inspection and prevent fraudulent claims, all return requests must be accompanied by the following:

• 360-Degree Unboxing Video: A continuous, high-quality video showing the package from all angles before opening, and the full unboxing process. The video must be without any cuts or edits.
• Product Images: 4 to 5 high-resolution photos of the product from different angles.
• Tags Intact: Images must clearly show that all Brand Tags, Price Tags, and Warranty Tags are still attached and untampered with.

Note: Failure to provide the unboxing video or photos with intact tags will result in the rejection of the return request.
